Book a 1-hour online support session. These sessions can be used for whatever you feel you need to talk about. They are ideal for: nurturing your mental health, improving self-confidence, improving interpersonal skills, supporting the change of negative habits and behaviours, supporting the expression of emotion and self management, support understanding/navigating gender identity/sexual orientation, relief from the symptoms of mental health conditions.
