How many FREE 15-minute introductory consultations can I book?

Only 1 FREE 15-Minute introductory consultation is available per customer.

How will I be contacted for my appointment?

Your appointment will take place online using Zoom. Once you have booked and paid for your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and a Zoom link for your appointment. You will click this link at the time of your appointment.

Can I cancel my appointment?

If you cancel MORE THAN 48 hours in advance of your appointment, you can receive a full refund. However, appointments cannot be cancelled or re-arranged LESS THAN 48 hours before your appointment and NO refund will be given.

What happens if I am unavailable at my appointment time?

I will wait 15 minutes for you in your Zoom session. If you have not attended within these 15minutes, your session will be stopped. You will be charged in FULL and NO refund will be provided. I will then send you an email confirmation that you have missed your appointment.

What happens if you cancel my appointment?

In the event that I need to cancel your appointment, I will email you to let you know with as much notice as possible. You will be refunded in this situation.

Can I re-arrange my appointment?

Yes you can re-arrange if this is done MORE THAN 48 hours in advance. Appointments cannot be cancelled or re-arranged LESS THAN 48 hours prior to the appointment time and will be charged in FULL and NO refund will be given.

Are LGBT+ individuals welcome to use this service?

Yes! This is an LGBT+ safe space. I have over a decade of experience supporting people in the LGBT+ community and I pride myself on being inclusive of anyone that needs support. I have spent many years ensuring that I have links within the NHS and other organisations to provide the people I support, with up to date and accurate information.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

I’m sorry I do not offer in-person mental health & well-being support sessions, my services are only available online currently.

Where are you based?

I am currently based in Angus, Scotland. But my services are only available online.

When do I pay for my appointment?

You will be charged in FULL when booking your appointment.

What payment method can I use to pay for my appointment?

I currently use PAYPAL.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

When you book your appointment, you will be shown my terms and conditions and you will have to agree to these before booking.

Can you diagnose my mental health condition?

No. I do NOT diagnose mental health conditions.

Can you prescribe me medication?

No. I do NOT prescribe any medication.
